BUILDING / SITE EVALUATION
Understanding whether a building can handle our client’s vision is a vital piece of the puzzle when it comes to a new construction project. Evaluating a prospective space is a team effort that involves everyone from the construction, design, and engineering teams to facility staff, real estate brokers, owners’ reps, and consultants.
PRECONSTRUCTION
The most difficult task is getting a project off the ground. To help, we offer everything from project financing, to development and design management, and providing constructibility and facilities management input into design. Above that, we also offer a service where we provide a guaranteed maximum price for design and construction before designs are even one-third complete.
VIRTUAL DESIGN + CONSTRUCTION
At Falex, our VDC experts all come from the field and understand what it takes to build. They combine that real-world construction knowledge with expertise in a full range of tools and technologies to match the right tools and processes to a project’s needs.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Construction Management is broader and more cost-effective than Bid-Build. By getting Falex involved earlier in the project life-cycle, we can work with your design team on key decisions that improve the project. This creates opportunities to optimize the three main parameters governing any project: price, quality and schedule.
COMMISSIONING
In the world of design and construction, “commissioning” can be a bit nebulous. Some people confuse it with quality assurance or control – and it is partly that. But commissioning is more about validating the built environment and that it was installed and functions as designed.

With our expertise in “gut” renovations, core and shell construction, building infrastructure and MEP systems, our team can tackle any significant asset upgrade, reuse, recladding or conversion project from all angles.
