Description

Access Communications is the largest Canadian telecommunications service provider in the province of Saskatchewan. Falex holds this honor to design and build one of the company’s corporate offices in North Regina, where the staff can Live, Work, and Play.

The inside and outside atmosphere and environment of the building are specially designed to lower the work stress and make the staff feel happy, dedicated, and focused. The huge windows provide a beautiful view of nature while working. This elegant design was developed by Falex’s design professionals which was quite appreciated by the client.

The project covers the space of 9000 sq ft. In which 6000 sq ft space utilizes for the building structure, Side space of 3000 sq ft landscape for gardening. This office building consists of Ground + Basement and three floors, which facilitate around 2000 workers or staff of the company. To reduce the electrical load and contribute to a better environment, Falex also installed the PV Panels on the roof.

This north Regina office of access communication provides Cable TV, Internet, Home Phone & Security services 24/7 to the neighborhood. The south corner of the building is separated from the office building; we designed that portion like luxury Guest Houses to In-house 300 staff, to provide their services without any glitch.

The project was successfully achieved within the timeline. After the office building, Falex build two warehouses for access communication in Saskatoon.
