Description

The Deloitte Tower is an office building in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, located between Windsor Station and the Bell Centre. Construction started 2012 Completed in May 2015, the building features 495,000 square feet (46,000 m2) of office space, and 20,000 square feet (1,900 m2) of retail space. The Deloitte Tower is planned as part of a larger, multiphase, mixed use project that will include retail and residential spaces. The building is owned by Cadillac Fairview.

Falex was appointed by the Cadillac Fairview for the complete marble flooring, interior design and fit out work for complete 26 storey building. That was a major achievement for Falex to work for the city’s first privately owned and financed commercial office tower to be built in more than 20 years. Cadillac Fairview has incorporated key features into the building to facilitate their tenants.

With help of our professional design team Falex brilliantly utilize the 46,000 m² office space and complete the flooring and fit out work within the 9 months’ duration. This performance created a great impact to the client and now Falex is also responsible for the complete maintenance of the building’s MEP system.
