This school construction project involved the demolition, renovation, and addition to an historic middle school. The scope included demolition of select areas of the school, renovation of 115,400 sq. ft., and the construction of a 12,630 sq. ft. gymnasium and a 15,000 sq. ft. play area plus associated site work. The project was completed on-schedule and won the 2010 Project Achievement Award from the Canadian Construction Association (CCA).
