The NYLT Tower Plaza and Front Street Access redesign successfully addresses the deficiencies of the previous aging design, and provides the public space surrounding some of Toronto’s most recognizable landmarks with a fresh, new, pedestrian-oriented focus that has been a catalyst for future landscape projects within the city.

Falex elegantly redesigned and delivered a bold, new entrance building, significant pedestrian plaza improvements, and a new video-animated sign feature on Toronto’s busy Front Street. Construction works were meticulously planned and sequenced with facility operations to eliminate disruptions to the visitor experience for this iconic building on the Toronto skyline.
