The Peter Lougheed Hall Leadership Residence is a five-storey, 8,300 m2 student residence that will accommodate 143 students in addition to three guest suites and one Professor in Residence. The residence consists of dormitory rooms as well as common gathering areas, and a dining hall with commercial kitchen. Fitness and recreation rooms will be available on the ground floor level with a gathering space on the fifth floor. Two elevators will service the tenants and guests along with four stairwells located strategically throughout the building. Additionally, it is the intent to achieve Green Globes’ 4 globes standard.
