Description:

Vert épique Towers are two side-by-side high-rise condo projects situated in the heart of downtown Montreal. Vert épique One is a 33-storey tower made up of 220 suites above a six-storey podium for parkade, office and retail space. Vert épique Two is a 38-storey tower with 180 suites above a six-storey podium that will be used for parkade, office and retail space.


Both projects are concrete structures with a structural steel penthouse. Due to their location in an architecturally controlled heritage area, the exterior façades of the podiums were constructed of brick with Tyndall stone accents to resemble the older existing buildings nearby. The exteriors of the two towers were constructed of an EIFS system, full height curtain wall sections and pvc/aluminum hybrid windows.
